C.E.P.P.A.P.
This assessment provides a comprehensive psychological view that pinpoints particular strengths and weaknesses. It is particularly helpful to CEOs and other high-level executives who desire to better understand themselves and enhance their formidable abilities. Ideal candidates include:
- CEOs and executives who desire to enhance their formidable skills and personal effectiveness in life.
- Executives selected by upper management who need to address specific psychological areas as well as overall strengths and weaknesses.
- CEOs and executives who desire to evaluate themselves psychologically to learn more about themselves and enhance their abilities to be more effective and happier human beings.
It will take approximately the following amount of time to complete the CEPPAP:
- 5 hours to fill out assessment materials. (This can be done away or in Dr. Braccio's Offices)
- 4-5 hours of face-to-face assessment time with Dr. Braccio in East Lansing, Michigan.
- 2 hours to review the results with Dr. Braccio in person or by phone conference.
Many people are dependent upon the decisions made by CEOs and executives. This makes their role critical in the lives of others. It is most important that the CEO/Executive strive to enhance their tradition of excellence to be their very best.
There is an additional cost for Dr. Braccio to do the assessment in the Metropolitan Detroit and Grand Rapids areas. Unless otherwise arranged, review of the results with Dr. Braccio are done in his East Lansing Offices or by phone conference.
